The Flam vineyards were founded by Golan and Gilad Flam who are already the second generation of the family to be passionate about wine. The inspiration for the Flam family is Tuscany, hence the names reminiscent of Tuscan vintages. The consultant oenologist for Flam Winery is Christian le Sommer, former oenologist at Château Latour, 1er grand cru classé in Pauillac.
