Nicolas Rossignol, born in 1974, represents the 5th generation of winegrowers on the terroirs of Volnay. He has been vinifying since 1994 within the Domaine ROSSIGNOL-JEANNIARD, then created his own estate, thus perpetuating the family tradition, while bringing a new approach to the terroirs of the estate.

After a complete technical training acquired at the Beaune Wine School, Nicolas puts his knowledge into practice during various internships at the Domaine Joseph Voillot in Volnay, the Domaine Louis Latour in Ardèche and the Domaine du vieux Télégraphe in Châteauneuf du Pape.

Domaine Nicolas Rossignol" wines are the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from vines cultivated according to traditional viticulture techniques inspired by biodynamics. The vineyard is managed using sustainable viticulture and also takes into account the lunar influence both in the work of the vine and in the elaboration and maturing of the wine. No chemical weed killers are used: only ploughing is used to maintain the soil.
