« Paul Old's Australian accent echoes through the picturesque streets of Peyriac-de-Mer. In 2003, he was drawn to the old vines saved from uprooting in the maritime Corbières, the Hautes-Corbières, and the schist soils of Tautavel. The winemaker cultivates around twenty hectares biodynamically, with very low sulfur input in the cellar, to produce wines that reward patience. » The Guide to the Best Wines of France 2025 (La Revue du Vin de France)

92 vvPunkte
