"Prosecco Fagher is now officially the best Prosecco in Switzerland!" Alain Kunz - Blick
The professional jury of the Blick newspaper is composed of four confirmed tasters, including Ivan Barbic, one of only three Master of Wine (MW) in Switzerland. The title of Master of Wine is one of the most coveted titles in the wine industry. It requires a long and difficult preparation that combines academic and theoretical knowledge of wine and the vine, as well as an extraordinary acumen in the field of pure tasting. This preparation lasts several years, before the candidate can take an extremely selective examination that will crown him with the title of MW.
The jury met to taste, completely blind, 48 samples of Champagne, Cava, Prosecco and other sparkling wines to establish a reliable and unbiased classification. Normally Champagnes are much more expensive than Prosecco from the Veneto region of northern Italy.
And yet and yet...
The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut "Fagher" from producer Le Colture, selected by Gazzar Wines, caused a sensation by ranking 5th out of 48 samples and winning the title of best Prosecco in Switzerland, with a rave review !
. Rank 5: Fagher Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Brut, Le Colture, Veneto, Italy" Fagher Prosecco is now officially the best Prosecco in Switzerland! No surprise, as this producer has been one of the gems of this genre for years. So much so that two jurors have mistaken him for a Cava. A compliment coming from the noble aromas of the fermentation in the bottle. "

Der Prosecco "Fagher" ist ein leichter, ehrlicher Prosecco für jeden Anlass. Säure und versteckte Süsse verleihen ihm eine ideale Balance.Rating - Review by Thomas
