Hellrote Farbe, typisch Tavel, sehr schöne Brillianz. Fein-duftige Nase, viel Himbeere, etwas Grapefruit, Oregano und auch ein Hauch Lavendel. Fülliger. sehr runder Gaumen, fast schon süsser Schmelz, dazu aber auch herrlich frische Beerenfrucht, etwas Marzipan und einer dezenten Säure. Mittellanger, traubiger Abgang. Sehr schöner Tavel der an einem heissen Sommertag als Apéro-Wein oder aber als Begleiter von leichten Sommerspeisen hervorragend passt.
